1. The conductive tube adopts special-shaped aluminum profile structure, which increases the conductive heat dissipation area and reduces the influence of skin effect, and has good flow and heat dissipation ability;
2. Advanced silver plating technology is adopted to increase the surface adhesion of silver plating layer on the basis of ensuring the thickness and hardness requirements, and at the same time, with appropriate contact pressure, the wear resistance of its contacts is improved to ensure that the silver plating layer will not fall off after long-term work;
3. The soft connection is made of copper, and the conductive contact surface is plated with silver, which has good conductivity and strong flow capacity, and the surface of each layer of copper tape is tinned to improve the corrosion resistance;
4. The contact finger is a rod-shaped self-supporting contact finger made of copper alloy with high elasticity and high conductivity, and the contact pressure is generated by the elastic deformation of the contact finger itself, so the contact pressure between the contact finger and the contact can be kept stable without change during long-term operation;
5. All the conductive contact surfaces are coated with electric compound grease, and the exposed joints of the fixed contact conductive surfaces are sealed with waterproof sealant to prevent oxidation and electrochemical corrosion of the conductive surfaces.
